Lindley Fraley
Lindley graduated summa cum laude from the University of Southern California in 1998, where she was the valedictorian for the School of Public Policy and Management. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002.
Lindley began her career as an associate at Latham & Watkins, a globally recognized firm, where she focused on complex business litigation, among other things. Following her time at Latham & Watkins, Lindley was an associate with Payne & Fears, where she focused on employment and business litigation matters. At Payne & Fears, Lindley prepared multiple cases for trial, took and defended over 50 depositions, prepared dispositive motions on a regular basis, mediated cases, and counseled a broad spectrum of clients on various litigation and employment law matters.
Lindley currently serves as Special Counsel for Vaksman Khalfin’s employment law matters. In this capacity, Lindley provides counseling for individuals and businesses on a broad range of employment matters, including but not limited to executive compensation, training and compliance, staffing contractors, wage and hour disputes, discrimination and harassment, DFEH and EEOC disputes, handbooks and policies, workplace investigations, and mediation services.
