Karina Handaja supports branding and client relations at Vaksman Khalfin, where she leads internal systems design and cross-functional process development. Her work focuses on combining operational clarity with scalable solutions to improve how clients engage with the firm and how teams coordinate behind the scenes.

Originally from Indonesia, Karina moved to the U.S. at 16 to pursue higher education and earned a BSBA in Entrepreneurship & Innovation. She loves to problem-solve and enjoys identifying operational bottlenecks to create systems that make daily work easier for everyone at VK.

Outside of work, Karina enjoys art, painting, hiking, and listening to podcasts that explore the intersections of economics, science, history, and human behavior.
